  • “Customer” refers to any individual or business that purchases goods or uses services provided by Chillwave Distribution Ltd.

  • “Goods” refers to frozen vegetables, fruits, condiments, or any other products supplied by us.

2. Orders

  1. Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website, email, or by contacting us directly at info@chillwavedistribution.com

  2. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance of your order.

  3. Amendments: Any changes to orders must be communicated before dispatch and may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

  1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Ugandan shillings and are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. Taxes: Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

  3. Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer.

4. Delivery

  1. Delivery Areas: We deliver primarily within Kampala and selected regions. Contact us for delivery availability in other areas.

  2. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

  3. Delivery Charges: Fees apply based on location and order size, which will be communicated during order placement.

  4. Risk: The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our goods, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

  2. Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  3. Conditions: Goods must be stored appropriately upon receipt. Failure to follow storage instructions voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.

6. Use of Website

  1. Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on our website is error-free or up-to-date.

  2. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from:

    • Engaging in fraudulent activities.

    • Introducing viruses or malicious code.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kampala.
